From calming virtual classrooms with soothing sounds to interactive mindfulness adventures, and even educational games, we’ve gathered amazing resources to support kids in learning and growing.

Magical Adventure is an engaging, interactive mindfulness and exercise experience for kids, originally created by Mindful Sports during the late spring and summer of 2020 to support families when outdoor activities were unavailable. All six episodes are now available for free and have been enjoyed by children and families across the country! 🪄💫
