One on one Mindfulness Sessions (for Children) with Dr. Julia Keller

One-on-one sessions via Zoom for children who have high anxiety, or don’t like to meet in groups, or need a more personalized approach. These sessions allow for flexibility and can be specifically designed around your child’s needs.

Navigating the World of School

If you have a child who struggles with anxiety at school, you may have navigated IEPs, ILPs, tutors, teachers, and therapists, and it’s a lot to get them to all work together to do what’s best for your child. As an educational consultant and author of the book, Mindful Interventions in Special Education, I can coach your child on how to manage their anxiety and help you find tools that will help your child be successful in life.

As a teacher and psychologist, I’ve worked with kids from all walks of life and all socioeconomic areas, with all types of challenges.

How I Can Help

I work with you and your child in six sessions. When we first meet on Zoom, we’ll assess what your child needs. Then I’ll start meeting with your child for 25 minutes/session and then with you for 15 minutes/session so you can learn mindfulness along with your child. I’ll personalize mindfulness and emotional intelligence strategies to the needs and interests of your child. These first 6 sessions are only $225–extremely affordable because it will help you and your child get back on track.
